DECLARATION /UNDERTAKING FROM THE STUDENT

1. I hereby declare that the entries made by me in the Application Form are complete and true to the best of my knowledge, belief and information.
2. I hereby undertake to present all original documents for verification once my application has been approved
3. I hereby promise to abide by the rules and regulations concerning admission, attendance, discipline, wearing of PML uniform, payment of any finance due, internship and placement etc. of PML and follow the Code of Conduct prescribed for the Students of PML as in force from time to time and subsequent changes/modifications/amendment made thereto. I acknowledge that PML has the authority to take any action, including punitive or legal action, against me for violation or non-compliance of the same.
4. I understand that 80% attendance in classes is compulsory and 100% attendance in internship, I commit myself to adhere to the same. I also understand, in case my attendance falls short, without specific reason, PML may take such action against me as may be deemed fit and proper
5. I hereby declare that I will neither join in any agitation/strike for the purpose of forcing the authorities of PML to resolve any problem, nor I will participate in any activity which tends to disturb the peace and tranquillity of academic environment of PML campus and/or its premises.
6. I hereby declare that I shall be solely responsible for my involvement in any kind of unlawful activities whether inside or outside the campus, and shall be liable for punishment as per the rules established.
7. I hereby acknowledge that I shall be liable for expulsion forthwith from PML on being found involved in or committing any offence cognizable and punishable under the Dangerous Drugs Act 2000.
8. I understand that PML does not guarantee me an eventual employment upon the completion of my course or internship.
9. I also declare that I am not suffering from any serious/contagious ailment and/or any psychiatric / psychological disorder.
10. I further declare that my admission may be cancelled, at any stage, if I am found ineligible and/or the information provided by me are found to be incorrect.
11. I hereby undertake to inform PML about any changes in information submitted by me in the Application Form and any other documents, including change in addresses and phone nos., from time to time.
12. By the foregoing, I declare that I have not, willingly or unwillingly, concealed any information and I exonerate PML from any legal or other actions that may arise from the above and as a result of my adverse acts and doings that may go contrary to the undertaking.
